The funding round was led by Telescope Partners with participation from Blackstone, bringing Hotel Engine’s valuation to $1.3 billion. This valuation represents a 9x increase over the valuation the startup had back in 2019 when it closed its Series A round. Miami Art Week is not the only contemporary art fair taking a week in early December, as Miami Beach Art Basel will also be taking place. While both fairs will officially start on December 2nd and end on the 4th, there are more than 50 events taking place between November 11th and December 5th.

Here is a list of all of the events you can participate in during this week full of visual arts, NFTs, DeFi, Fashion, music, and more. Some descriptions have been added for events we consider might be particularly interesting to our readers.

Events on November the 30th (Tuesday)
